Robert M. Aldrich focuses his practice in the areas of high yield asset trading, corporate formation & governance, commercial transactions, renewable energy, real estate and community associations.
Throughout his career, Robert has represented investment banks, trading desks, commercial banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in connection with purchases and sales of distressed assets, secured and unsecured syndicated bank debt, mezzanine loans, insolvency claims, and debt and equity securities.
Robert advises clients in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions from start-up entity formations to general commercial and corporate contractual issues to ongoing outside general counsel services.
Robert has also developed expertise in advising clients regarding the development and financing of renewable energy projects.
Robert received his law and undergraduate degrees from Seton Hall University. Robert is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
