Robert M. Aldrich focuses his practice in the areas of high-yield asset trading, corporate formation & governance, and commercial transactions.
Throughout his career, Robert has represented sophisticated financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of unregistered securities, bankruptcy claims, and distressed assets such as secondary bank debt and mezzanine loans. He has witnessed firsthand the distressed market's changes over the past two decades.
Robert's business practice sees him advise clients in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions from start-up entity formation to general commercial and corporate contractual issues to ongoing outside general counsel services.
Robert received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
In his spare time, Robert, a devoted father, and Yankee fan is an active member in his hometown of Sparta.
