BIO
Robert M. Aldrich has over twenty years of experience in the high-yield asset trading market. Throughout his career, Robert has represented sophisticated financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of unregistered securities, bankruptcy claims, and distressed assets such as secondary bank debt and mezzanine loans. He has witnessed firsthand the distressed market's changes over the past two decades.
Robert received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
In his spare time, Robert, a devoted father, and Yankee fan is an active member in his hometown of Sparta.
