Robert M. Aldrich focuses his practice in the areas of high yield asset trading, real estate, community associations, corporate formation & governance, and commercial transactions.
Throughout his career, Robert has represented sophisticated financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of private securities, bankruptcy claims, and distressed assets such as syndicated bank debt and mezzanine loans. He has witnessed first hand the distressed market's changes over the past two decades.
He also brings years of experience in the New Jersey real estate market to bear on behalf of the firm's clients. Robert's wealth of understanding of market intricacies allows him to successfully protect client interests while simultaneously furthering client real estate goals. As part of his real estate practice, Robert is also able to represent community associations in connection with their governance needs.
Robert's business practice sees him advise clients in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions from start-up entity formation to general commercial and corporate contractual issues to ongoing outside general counsel services.
Robert received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
In his spare time, Robert, a devoted father and Yankee fan, is an active member in his hometown of Sparta.
